How To Make A Mattress Warranty Claim
Much like our mattresses, we’ve always got your back. Follow our step-by-step guide or watch the included video to see the process for making a warranty claim.
TOOLS NEEDED
- Sales receipt
- Phone (camera)
- Tape measure
- Broom handle (straight stick that spans the width of your mattress)
- And a friend (to hold the broom, remove mattress, and take pictures)
STEP 1
Remove all the bedding from your mattress. Pillows, blankets, sheets, and protectors so there is nothing on your mattress.
STEP 2
Take a horizontal picture of your mattress on its base. Please capture the entire mattress in the image without cropping corners.
STEP 3
With the broom handle laying across the width of your mattress in the middle, measure the distance from the matters to the broom with a tape measure. Do not press the tape measure into the mattress. Take a photo at mattress level.
STEP 4
Remove the mattress from its base. We recommend a team carry as not to injure yourself.
STEP 5
Take a photo of the base with the mattress removed.
STEP 6
Email the following to warranty@lucidmattress.com
- Photo of mattress on bed base
- Photo of measurement
- Photo of bed base without mattress
- Copy of your purchase receipt
