Return Policy

 

Please note that the following return policies are only applicable for products purchased directly from lucidmattress.com. If you made your purchase through Amazon or any other third-party platform, please initiate the return process directly with that platform according to their respective return policies.

Mattresses

When initiating a return for a Lucid™ mattress, there are a few important guidelines to keep in mind to ensure a smooth process. First, all requests must be submitted within 100 days of delivery. But, before initiating a return, we ask that you sleep on it for at least 30 days so you can adjust to the new mattress. If, after this period, you are still not satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return. To receive a full refund, you will be required to cover return shipping costs. You must also have the receipt, warranty documentation for the mattress purchase, AND you must use a mattress protector during the 100-day trial period. You may also donate the mattress to a local charity and provide us with proof of donation for a full refund.

If your mattress arrives damaged, it is important to contact Lucid™ within 48 hours of delivery and provide evidence of the damage. As a Certified B Corporation®, Lucid™ is dedicated to sustainable practices and philanthropy, and requests that returned mattresses be donated to a 501(c)(3) charity. Once proof of donation has been submitted via email, the refund will be processed promptly.

Adjustable Bases

When initiating a return for a Lucid™ adjustable bed frame, there are a few important guidelines to keep in mind to ensure a smooth process. All Other Products

All returns (other than mattresses and adjustable bases) must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. You can also initiate a return if the product has a manufacturing defect or is damaged during transit. If the product is damaged when delivered to your home, you must contact Lucid™ within 48 hours and provide proof of damage. You will be responsible for shipping the item back.
