    This warranty covers any defects in the materials or workmanship, with the exceptions of excessive wear and tear, stains, misuse or improper maintenance, alteration or repair by unauthorized representatives, and damage resulting from transit or handling.

  • Do you offer financing?

  • What is the best type of mattress for me?

    The best mattress for you depends on your preference. If you're looking for more support, one of our hybrid options would be best for you. If you want the contouring feel of pure memory foam, you'd like the memory foam mattress.

  • What size mattress do I need?  

    The best size mattress for each person depends on a variety of factors—room size, who will be sleeping in the bed, etc. A Split King is very popular as both you and your partner can control your own side of the bed when paired with an adjustable base.

  • What is the difference between a memory foam mattress and a latex mattress?

    Memory foam is designed to have a plush, sinking in feel while latex is designed to have more of a springy, responsive feel.

  • How is memory foam different than a traditional spring mattress?

    A traditional innerspring mattress will have a much springier feel than a solid memory foam mattress. Memory foam has a denser feel than springs and is designed to help with pressure points. Many first-time memory foam users find that an all-foam mattress has a firmer feel than their old innerspring mattress.

  • How does your 100-night sleep trial work?

    When initiating a return for a Lucid™ mattress, there are a few important guidelines to keep in mind. First, all requests must be submitted within 100 days of delivery. But, before initiating a return, we ask that you sleep on it for at least 30 days so you can adjust to the new mattress. If, after this period, you are still not satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return. To receive a full refund, you will be required to cover return shipping costs. You must also have the receipt, warranty documentation for the mattress purchase, AND you must use a mattress protector during the 100-day trial period.   • What type of frame can this be used on?

    All Lucid mattresses are made to work with any flat foundation without the need for a box spring. Simply place your base directly on an adjustable base, flat frame, or upholstered platform base.

  • Why should I get an adjustable bed, and can it really help me sleep better?

    Sleeping with an increased head angle helps reduce sleep apnea, acid reflux, snoring, alleviate pain in joints, ligaments and back, and can even help improve blood circulation during pregnancy.

  • What is the best type of adjustable bed frame for me? 

    The type of adjustable frame that's best for you is dependent on your preference and what features you're looking for. If you want more premium features, like massage, you'll want to invest in the L600. If you’re simply looking for the benefits of sleeping elevated, the L150 is a great choice. If you’re somewhere in between, try the L300.

  • What type of mattress can be used on this adjustable bed base?

    All Lucid mattresses are compatible with adjustable bases. We recommend using a mattress that is between 8-14 inches thick and is approved to be used on adjustable bases by the manufacturer. If it was shipped compressed in a box, then it is compatible with an adjustable base.

  • Will this work with my existing bed frame?

    Yes! All of our bases have zero clearance design. Zero clearance means that your adjustable base will rest flat on the existing bed frame without the legs attached to it. If you are using an upholstered bed frame that has drawers, you'll need a zero-clearance base, so the legs don't sit inside the drawers. All Lucid adjustable bed bases can function in zero clearance mode.

  • What is the zero-gravity position? 

    Zero gravity raises your head and feet to put you in a neutral sleeping position for deeper, more restorative sleep. It is defined as a state of weightlessness and can provide ultimate comfort for sleeping, watching TV, or relaxing in bed.

  • How does your 100-night sleep trial work?

Bedroom Furniture

  •  What size bed or headboard is right for me?  

    The size of your bed and headboard depends on preference and if you're planning to share your bed. Queen and King sizes are the most popular for those with two people in a bed.

  • Are your beds and headboard easy to assemble?  

    Assembly is easy with pre-drilled legs, modification plates, and wall mounts.

  • Can I use an upholstered base with an adjustable base?  

    Yes. All Lucid upholstered bed frames are compatible with an adjustable bed base, so you can get the look you want with the customization you need for better sleep. Simply place your adjustable bed base inside your upholstered bed frame without the slats, or for frames with drawers, remove the legs from your adjustable and set it directly on top of the slats.

  • Do I need a box spring with my upholstered bed base?  

    No, you do not need a box spring. You can place your mattress directly on the wooden slats, or if you are using an adjustable bed base with your upholstered bed, you can place your mattress directly on the adjustable.

  • Can I pair any headboard with any bed frame?  

    Yes. Our headboards are designed to work with any bed frame (with the right hardware), so you can build the perfect bed.

  • Can I use a headboard with an adjustable bed frame?  

    Yes. All Lucid headboards are compatible with an adjustable bed base.

  • What are the differences between microfiber sheets, cotton-rich sheets, and sheets made from TENCEL™ lyocell fibers?

    Microfiber, cotton-rich, and sheets made from TENCEL™ lyocell fibers are made from different materials, which means they all feel different. Microfiber is soft and cozy to keep you warm, cotton-rich sheets are crisp and wrinkle resistant, and TENCEL™ lyocell fibers are silky, temperature regulating, and very eco-friendly.

  • What is included in a sheet set?  

    All Lucid sheet sets include a fitted sheet, flat sheet, and a pillowcase set. You will receive one or two pillowcases depending what size you are selecting—Twin and Twin XL sets come with one, while all other sizes include two.

  • Will Lucid bed sheets only fit on Lucid mattresses?

    Nope, Lucid sheets will fit all mattresses of the same size. (Like Queen sheets fit a Queen mattress.) However, if your mattress profile is over 18 inches, we wouldn't recommend Lucid sheets.

  • What size bed sheets do I need?

    Your sheets should match whatever size mattress you have or are purchasing. If you're wondering what size bed is right for you, that depends on preference and if you're planning to share your bed. Queen and King sizes are the most popular for those with two people in a bed.

  • Are Lucid sheets safe to use?

    All Lucid sheets are OEKO-TEX® certified, meaning they've been tested for harmful substances to protect your health.  Products that carry the Standard 100 label have been tested and proven free of harmful levels of toxic substances.

  • How does thread count work?

    Thread count simply means how many threads are woven into a square inch of fabric. It can be a good indicator of quality, but don't just rely on it to pick a new set! Look at the feel, fit, and finishes of the fabric to decide which sheets will suit your sleep style.

  • Do mattress protectors really work? 

    Yes! Lucid mattress protectors have a StratoSmart™ liquid-proof backing, providing 100% liquid-proof protection.

  • Do I need a mattress protector? 

    Yes. We recommend using a mattress protector to protect your investment from spills, stains, and dust mites. If you purchase a Lucid mattress, the warranty on your mattress will be voided if you do not use a mattress protector.

  • What is the difference between the three protector options?

    Our protector options all keep out liquid, allergens, and dust mites. The Cotton Terry has a textured feel and top-only protection, the Bamboo Jersey is smooth and has top-only protection, and the Encasement is smooth and has 360 degree protection.

  • Does using a mattress protector protect my mattress warranty? 

    Yes. Stains on a mattress will void the warranty, but when the mattress and protector are purchased together on the same receipt, the mattress will have a warranty against stains for 15 years.

  • Do mattress protectors make you sleep hot? 

    Some fabrics can retain heat, but all Lucid protectors are made with breathable fabrics, so it provides the protection you need without compromising comfort.

  • Is a mattress protector easy to care for? 

    Yes. Our mattress protectors are easy to clean and maintain. All Lucid protectors are machine washable and dryer safe. Follow care instructions to optimize the care for your protector.

  • What are the differences between the three comforter options?

    Our comforters come with three different levels of fill: light, all-season, and heavy. The light comforter is great for those who sleep hot, or for use in summer. The all-season is great to use all year round, or for those who don’t sleep very hot or very cold. The heavy is for the person who is ALWAYS COLD or for chilly winter nights.

  • Can these be used alone or as duvet inserts?

    These can be used as both! With eight secure loops, your duvet will stay in place. However, the crisp white cover looks great on its own—and is stain resistant.

  • What is Down Alternative?

    Down alternative is a synthetic form of down with a similar feel and fewer allergens. Our down alternative is made from polyester, which means it's hypoallergenic and easy to clean, all while feeling like down!/p>

  • Which pillow is best for cooling?  

    All of our pillows have features designed to keep you cooler at night. Our shredded memory foam is infused with cooling gel, and the design helps with airflow. The memory foam pillow is ventilated for breathability, and the light Talalay latex is naturally cooler than memory foam.

  • How long does a good pillow last?  

    A good pillow maintains its best quality for about 2-3 years. After that, we recommend replacing your pillow to ensure your pillows are supportive, comfortable, and free of allergens.

  • Are any of your pillows eco-friendly?  

    If you're looking for an environmentally friendly option, you'll love our Talalay latex pillow.
