Very Good- Placement matter

"This foam topper made a big difference. I owe two, 1 for me and 1 for my son. It gives me good support, my back no longer hurts. However, you do need to place between the mattress protector or use bedsheets clips to prevent the topper from moving and eventually cracking. Customer service are amazing, very helpful."

Allergies to topper

"I contacted Lucid and asked for my guaranteed full refund because whatever the topper is made of I am allergic to. It gives me terrible headaches, itchy eyes, and my skin has prickly areas that have to be scratched to stop the irritation. I purchased a zipper enclosed mattress cover hoping that would relieve the allergy symptoms but it didn’t help. The representative I sent a text to said I could receive a full refund if I paid the shipping cost to return the topper. I told them I refused to pay the shipping fee and I thought a 100% guarantee should be 100% guarantee. They said I could donate it to some place like Goodwill. I told them I wouldn’t give something that made me sick to anyone. Not in good conscience. Their reply was they had no control over the refund guarantee because it was managed by a third party. What an awful policy. Deceitful is what I call it. I told them they should change their policy. After no help from Lucid I resigned myself to the fact that Lucid is not a trustworthy company to deal with and I would not recommend them to anyone as a honest company."
