Please note that the following return policies are only applicable for products purchased in the United States directly from lucidmattress.com. If you made your purchase through Amazon or any other third-party platform, please initiate the return process directly with that platform according to their respective return policies.
To be eligible for a return, products must be returned in their original condition within the return window specified below. Please note, returns will not be accepted for products that have been stained, cut, torn, or otherwise structurally modified in any way. Damage, alteration, or destruction of the product by the customer voids return eligibility regardless of when the request was submitted within the return window.

Mattresses
When initiating a return for a mattress, there are a few important guidelines to keep in mind. First, all requests must be submitted within 100 days of delivery. But, before initiating a return, we ask that you sleep on it for at least 30 days so you can adjust to the new mattress. If, after this period, you are still not satisfied with your purchase, or if your mattress is damaged when delivered to your home, you may initiate a return or claimΒ here.
