When you opt-in for coverage at checkout, you can return any item(s) in your order for a refund or exchange for free. If you decide not to buy return coverage you can still return your items, but you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Need to change something? You've got 24 hours from the time your order is placed to change, alter, or cancel it. Once that window closes, your order is locked in for shipping and we won't be able to make changes.

Shipping and Delivery Times

Most orders ship within one business day and typically arrive within 2 to 6 business days.

Some larger items, such as King size L600 adjustable bases or two Twin XL L600 bases ordered together, may ship via LTL freight due to their size. These items may require additional handling time and are generally delivered within 7 to 10 business days.

Freight Delivery

What to Expect: Freight deliveries are scheduled in advance and arrive curbside at your address. Carriers are not able to bring items inside your home or assemble products.

Scheduling Your Delivery: Once your order ships, the carrier will contact you directly to schedule a convenient delivery window. A valid phone number is required at checkout.

Delivery Considerations: Depending on your location or delivery needs, additional services (such as liftgate delivery or limited access locations) may affect timing or cost.

Inspection at Delivery: We recommend inspecting your items upon arrival. If any damage is visible, please note it on the delivery receipt so we can resolve it promptly.

Returns & Refusals: If a shipment is refused or returned, additional shipping or restocking fees may apply.
