"I took my time to write a review because I wanted to get a good feel of my mattress. I'm extremely pleased with my purchase. It has the right firmness I needed after dealing with a pinched nerve in my back. I have nothing but positive comments so far, almost two months after my purchase. Great mattress!"
"Our new bed frames replaced an older set that quit working. The delivery driver was friendly and put the package in the garage. A few days later, I was able (with some help) to open the boxes and bring the bed inside, assemble it in about an hour and set up it works perfectly and feels great. I like the instruction book with step-by- step guides and pictures. We are happy with this decision."
"I purchased a King mattress last month and took it to my summer cottage. We slept on it for the first time this past weekend and agreed it was very comfortable. So far, we are pleased. "Got the big phat mattress and love it!! It came in slightly damaged but they worked with me to resolve the issue. Very responsive through email. I also bought the protection plan, and trying to get a hard copy of it for my records, which I'm still working on between Lucid and the plan company. They keep pointing to me to the other and it's been a pain in my tush. These days no one seems to have the authority to get something done that appears to be simple."
"I looked around for a long time for a new mattress. The only thing I knew is that I wanted a memory foam mattress. We finally bought one for our guest room thanks to my wife’s decision, which ended up being the best decision ever made. "I was experiencing a lot of lower back pain after getting out of bed with my old mattress. I have had this new mattress for approximately three weeks. Initially, it was too firm for me and I didn’t think it was going to work out. Now that I have broken it in a little bit I do like it. It is a still on the firm side. I would recommend though.
