This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under the conditions and exceptions stated below and applies only to the original pur-chaser. The warranty is void if purchased or trans-ported outside the USA. This warranty excludes commercial use.

This warranty runs for up to five (5) years from the date of purchase, according to the tiers set forth below.
What is Not Covered
The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and does not cover: (a) wear and tear; (b) improper maintenance, misuse, or alteration; (c) repair by unauthorized representatives; (d) damage resulting from transit or handling; or (e) transportation costs.
What Lucid Will Do
Lucid® is the administrator of the warranty for the 100 Series Adjustable Base.
YEAR 1:
During the period of one (1) year from the date of purchase, LUCID® will offer replacement parts for any defective part to the purchaser. The purchas-er shall bear all service, transportation, labor, and shipping costs associated with the repair or replacement of the defective part(s).
YEARS 2-5:
During the years two (2) through five (5) LUCID® will offer replacement parts for any mechanical bed part (excluding electronics, electrical compo-nents, and drive motors). Purchaser shall pay 1/4th of the replacement cost of the defective part mul-tiplied by the number of years since 1 year after the warranty commencement date, and LUCID® shall bear the remainder of the cost of the replace-ment part. The purchaser shall bear all service, transporta- tion, labor, and shipping costs associat-ed with the repair or replacement of the defective part(s). At the sole discretion and direction of the manufacturer, parts demonstrated to be defective must be returned. The manufacturer will arrange all return shipping.

What Lucid Will Do
Lucid® is the administrator of the warranty for the 300 Series Adjustable Base.
YEAR 1-3:
Warranty covers defects in the workmanship or materials for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase. Lucid® will send replacement parts for any defective part to the purchaser, and Lucid® will pay all authorized labor and transportation costs associated with the repair or replacement of any parts.
YEARS 4-10:
During the years four (4) through ten (10) from the date of purchase, Lucid® will offer replacement parts for any defective mechanical part. Purchaser shall pay 1/7th of the replacement cost of the defec-tive part multiplied by the number of years since three (3) years after the warranty commencement date and Lucid® shall bear the remainder of the cost of the replacement part. The purchaser shall bear all labor and shipping costs associated with repair or replacement of the defective part(s). An exception to this is the metal frame, which is covered in full for the duration of the 10 year warranty.

This warranty covers any damage occurring from regular use within the full term of the product warranty when approved by Lucid. Irregulari- ties and/or defects found in the product by you, the consumer, will be covered under the full term of the warranty when approved by Lucid. This warranty applies to the original purchaser only.

This warranty runs for 25 years from the date of purchase.
What is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from 1) misuse or improper maintenance; 2) alteration or repair by unauthorized representa- tives; 3) damage resulting from transit or handling. This warranty is non-transferrable.

15-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
what is covered
This warranty covers any defects in mattress protector materials or workmanship. It is subject to the exceptions stated below and contingent upon making a claim within five (5) days of damage and following all laundering instructions on the care label. The warranty also covers mattress stains caused by such defects if the original purchaser: (a) submits a sales receipt showing that the protector and mattress were purchased new and from an authorized retailer in the same transaction; and (b) shows that the mattress was completely covered by the mattress protector when the stain occurred.

This warranty runs for fifteen (15) years from the date of purchase.
What is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover: (a) misuse or abuse; (b) failure to follow care instructions by (i) drying on high heat and/or without other towels or bedding (ii) using bleach or bleach detergent (iii) dry cleaning or (iv) ironing; (c) wear and tear, including rips, tears, or normal soiling; (d) stains or damage caused by or related to: (i) inks, nail polish, cosmetics, bleach, non-food related grease, corrosives, alcohol, dyes, or solvents (ii) burns or fire, natural disaster, flood, theft, vandalism, or any other loss covered under an insurance policy (iii) structural problems or appliance malfunctions (iv) more than two pints of liquid; (e) mattresses not correctly fitted with the mattress protector; or (f) mattresses used for commercial, institutional, or rental purposes.
What Lucid Will Do
Lucid, at its sole discretion will: (1) in the case of a claim for a protector, replace or refund any protector that proves to be defective in materials or workmanship; (2) in the case of a claim for mattress damage, send a cleaning kit, have the mattress professionally cleaned, replace the surface fabric, or replace the pillow.
