Does the gel actually keep you cool?
The gel topper is infused with temperature-regulating gel that helps disperse heat throughout the topper. While this topper is not an actively cooling product, it will sleep cooler than any traditional memory foam. Breathable sheets such as bamboo or Tencel can be a great addition if you find you are a hot sleeper.

How does your 30-night sleep trial work?
All returns (other than mattresses and adjustable bases) must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. You can also initiate a return if the product has a manufacturing defect or is damaged during transit. If the product is damaged when delivered to your home, you must contact Lucid™ within 48 hours and provide proof of damage. You will be responsible for shipping the item back. To return an online purchase, send us an email at online@lucidmattress.com.

What does the warranty cover?
This warranty covers any defects in the materials or workmanship, with the exceptions of exessive wear and tear, stains, misuse or improper care, alteration or repair by unathorized representatives, and damage resulting from transit or handling, or commercial use.
