10-Year Limited Warranty
This warranty runs for ten (10) years from the date of purchase.
What is Not Covered
The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and will be void if any of the following occur: (a) excessive wear and tear; (b) stains; (c) misuse or improper maintenance; (d) alteration or repair by unauthorized representatives; (e) damage resulting from transit or handling; or (f) commercial use. Additionally, the warranty does not cover normal changes in softness or resilience (including impressions less than 1.5 inches in depth).
What Lucid Will Do
Lucid, at its sole discretion will repair, replace, or refund any product that proves to be defective in materials or workmanship.

Adjustable Bed Bases
10-Year Limited Warranty
This warranty is valid for 10 years from the date of original purchase, Five (5) years for the L150 Adjustable Bed Frame, and covers manufacturing defects in the craftsmanship with the conditions and exceptions stated below. This warranty only applies to the original purchaser residing in the United States or Canada and does not protect purchasers residing in other regions, counterfeit products, or products purchased from unauthorized retailers.
What is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover: (a) wear and tear including stains; (b) noises within tolerance; (c) repairs by unauthorized representatives; (d) services rendered to discover defective parts; (e) the replacement or repair of hardware; (f) improper or inadequate maintenance, misuse, or alteration (refer to owner’s manual for maintenance guidelines); (g) exposure to chemicals, liquids, or fading caused by exposure to sunlight; (h) damage resulting from assembly or handling (refer to owner’s manual for assembly details); (i) damage to any type of furniture, flooring, or floor covering; (j) commercial, institutional, business, rental, or any other non-residential usage; (k) “as is” purchases including floor samples, clearance items, close-out products, or items from liquidators or closing stores; (l) minor differences or finish variations due to the craftsmanship and natural materials used in the manufacturing process; (m) normal changes in softness and resilience of foam, polyester fiber, and other filling materials. Lucid™ reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if additional exclusions apply.
What Lucid Will Do
Year 1: Warranty covers manufacturing defects in the craftsmanship. Lucid™ will provide a replacement for any defective part (legs, frame, motors, control box, USB, LED, power supply, and remote control) covered under this warranty and will pay all authorized labor and shipping costs associated with the repair or replacement. The original purchaser must help with troubleshooting procedures set by the manufacturer or its agent before warranty coverage may be granted.
Years 2-5: Warranty covers manufacturing defects in the craftsmanship. Lucid™ will provide a replacement for any defective part (legs, frame, motors, control box, USB, LED, power supply, and remote control) covered under this warranty. Original purchaser will be responsible for all labor and shipping costs (including any applicable tariffs or import fees) associated with the repair or replacement. The original purchaser must help with troubleshooting procedures set by the manufacturer or its agent before warranty coverage may be granted.
Years 6-10: Warranty covers the metal frame and legs of the base due to a manufacturing defect. Lucid™ will provide a new frame if the existing frame proves to be defective. Original purchaser will be responsible for all service, transportation, labor, and shipping costs (including any applicable tariffs or import fees) associated with the repair or replacement. The original purchaser must help with troubleshooting procedures set by the manufacturer or its agent before warranty coverage may be granted. At Lucid’s sole discretion, Lucid™ retains the right to resolve a warranty claim by offering a refund instead of repairing or replacing defective parts. In the event a refund is offered, the maximum value the original purchaser receives shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.

Mattress Protectors
15-Year Limited Warranty
This warranty runs for fifteen (15) years from the date of purchase.
What is Not Covered
The warranty applies only to the original purchaser within the USA and does not cover: (a) misuse or abuse; (b) failure to follow care instructions by (i) drying on high heat and/or without other towels or bedding (ii) using bleach or bleach detergent (iii) dry cleaning or (iv) ironing; (c) wear and tear, including rips, tears, or normal soiling; (d) stains or damage caused by or related to: (i) inks, nail polish, cosmetics, bleach, non-food related grease, corrosives, alcohol, dyes, or solvents (ii) burns or fire, natural disaster, flood, theft, vandalism, or any other loss covered under an insurance policy (iii) structural problems or appliance malfunctions (iv) more than two pints of liquid; (e) mattresses not correctly fitted with the mattress protector; or (f) mattresses used for commercial, institutional, or rental purposes.
What Lucid Will Do
In the case of a claim for a protector, Lucid will, at its sole discretion, replace or refund any protector that proves to be defective in materials or workmanship.
