What is the difference between shredded memory foam and solid memory foam?
Shredded memory foam is classic, gel infused memory foam that's been shredded into smaller pieces to be more moldable and breathable. Solid memory foam is one solid piece, and does not shift or move.

Do I need to fluff this pillow?
Yes, this pillow responds well to fluffing! We recommend putting it in the dryer on low for 20 minutes when you first receive it, and whenever else you think it needs a fluff.

Arrives compressed and requires fluffing to help expand the fill. Speed up the decompression process by tossing this pillow in the dryer on low for 20 minutes. Spot clean with a damp cloth and do not machine wash. Lay flat to dry.

How does your 30-night sleep trial work?
All returns (other than mattresses and adjustable bases) must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. You can also initiate a return if the product has a manufacturing defect or is damaged during transit. If the product is damaged when delivered to your home, you must contact Lucid™ within 48 hours and provide proof of damage. You will be responsible for shipping the item back. This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship, with the exceptions of wear and tear; normal changes in softness or resilience (including impressions less than 0.75 inches in depth); stains; misuse or improper care; alteration or repair by unauthorized representatives; damage resulting from transit or handling; or commercial use.
