Return Policy

We accept returns in exchange for a full refund within 30 days of delivery if the product has not been used or taken out of its original packaging. If the product has been used or taken out of the original packaging, we will accept the return within 30 days of delivery with a 20% restocking fee. We will pay for the return shipping costs only when the return is approved as a result of our error or product defect.
No returns will be accepted after 30 days of delivery. If there is a manufacturer defect, contact customer service to initiate a warranty claim. Customer service can be reached by sending an email to online@lucidmattress.com.

Warranty

The majority of our products come with a warranty. To file a warranty claim, contact our customer service department as stated above. Valid warranty claims be issued a replacement.
